Am I charged when I enter my credit card?
No — when you add a credit card to your account, we only verify the card. Your card is charged at the beginning of each month for the prior month.
What happens if I exceed my monthly transfer?
If you exceed your transfer limit, you will receive an email requesting that you upgrade to a larger instance. You will not be charged a bandwidth overage fee except in cases of intentional abuse.
What's high performance?
High performance instance types utilize the most recent generation of CPUs, system memory, networking interfaces, and solid-state drives.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club) for online payments.
How do I cancel my account?
Canceling your account is quick and simple. Sign into your account and click "Deactivate" in the admin panel.
How does hourly pricing work?
Account Instances are billed hourly until a monthly cap of 672 hours (the number of hours in 4 weeks). If you use your instance fewer than 672 hours during the month, you will be billed for each hour it was used. If you use your server for more than 672 hours in a given month, you will be billed at the monthly-cap cost.
How much is donated to open source?
10% of all service fees are donated to open source app developers.
